Self-Report Measure

Posttraumatic Growth Inventory

Dear participant,

You are about to answer a short questionnaire about changes you may have noticed in yourself since going through a difficult or painful experience. This is not a test, and there are no right or wrong answers. Growth and pain often live side by side — noticing one does not erase the other. Please answer honestly, according to how things truly are for you, and we will look at the results together.
